The pattern made with the bokeh is intriguing. I find the bokeh and the background to be more interesting than the original subject, the shoes.

The sky and water are both so calm, and the rocks contrast perfectly. The colors are so serene. I would have preferred a better execution with the rule of thirds, but it's a great photo regardless.

This travel shot is fantastic, I love the sense of culture in it. The worn down wall in the background, the woman's hat, and the facial expressions capture the sense of a bustling city so well.
